A Bit of Irony to Brighten your Day

I logged into my Macbook this morning and was greeted by a suspicious popup message.

See the underlined word. Spelling errors often indicate some type of scam, spam, or malware.

As of 2021-06-18 I believe it may actually be legit. There may just actually be a delicious bit of irony in this popup notification.

I’ll append more info to this post when I have confirmation whether or not it is legitimate.

2021-06-18: The package is digitally signed by Microsoft. It doesn’t get much more official than that.
