Anyone curious why I keep typing the word ‘webserver’?
I noticed today that the word ‘webserver’ keeps getting flagged by spell checks in various applications. Let me be clear that ‘webserver’ is a word. However, it is not in the dictionary!
This is what the dictionary entry should look like: Webserver: `web·serv·er : a computer on a network that is used to host one or more websites for access by other computers on a connected network using a browser application.
Please help me out by using the word ‘webserver’ as much as possible so Oxford and Merriam-Webster will finally put it in the dictionary.
